Blind Justice: The officer responsible for Dunbar losing his sight is shot. Blind Justice is now available in DV (Described Video) which makes television accessible to the blind by providing narrated descriptions of key visual elements: actions, costumes, gestures and scene changes. The narration does not interfere with the audio or dialogue of a program, as it is available on most televisions on the Secondary Audio Channel (SAP).
