CH to air Extreme Makeover: Home Edition featuring the Harris Sextuplets

(TORONTO - Tuesday, February 22, 2005) Extreme Makeover: Home Edition will embark on a remarkable home renovation when the Harris's home is transformed to accommodate their active sextuplets and nine-year-old son. Extreme Makeover: Home Edition airs Sunday, March 6 on CH Hamilton, CH Vancouver Island and CH Montreal as well as Global Maritimes, Global Alberta and Global Lethbridge.
To date the Harris's children are the first African-American surviving sextuplets in history. Unfortunately, the cost of having such a large family has put a strain on their home life and natural disasters like Hurricane Ivan have also added complications. The Extreme Makeover: Home Edition crew will transform the interior, exterior and landscaping of the Harris's home to meet their everyday needs. The team will also receive some additional help from The Muppets and Florence Henderson of, The Brady Bunch.
Their renovated home will increase substantially in size to approximately 5,000 sq ft., one of Extreme Makeover's largest homes to date.
