Second annual Fashion Rocks to air on Global Sept. 9

| Two-hour concert special to feature a host of rocks most glamorous trendsetters |
|
(TORONTO - Monday, August 29, 2005) The two-hour star-studded special Fashion Rocks will air Friday, September 9 on the Global Television Network.
Hosted by actress Poppy Montgomery (Without a Trace, Thursdays on Global) and singer Mark McGrath and taped at New Yorks Radio City Music Hall, the concert special celebrates popular music and its influence on fashion and culture.
The event will feature appearances and musical performances by David Bowie, Destinys Child (in their last televised appearance as a group), Duran Duran, Billy Idol, Alicia Keys, Tim McGraw, Nelly, Shakira, Gwen Stefani, Joss Stone, The Arcade Fire and Rob Thomas
The concert will be combined with fashion segments from current and archival collections of some of the worlds top designers.
Fashion Rocks airs Friday, September 9 on the Global Television Network as follows:
