More than 2 million viewers watch The Apprentice

(TORONTO - Friday, April 8, 2005) Thursday's episode of The Apprentice drew 1.380 million adults 18-49, winning the time period for that demographic while grabbing 2.159 million total viewers (2+).
This week's episode, in which 41-year-old gym franchise owner Angie (Street Smarts team) was fired, earned a 10.2 rating among A18-49 in the Toronto market, according to BBM People Meter Data. In Vancouver, the episode garnered an 11.6 rating.
With six candidates remaining on The Apprentice, the competition becomes more intense as they take on New York City's corporate jungle in the ultimate job interview and the chance to work for business tycoon Donald Trump.
On the next episode, the teams create promotional brochures for a limited-edition automobile, a challenge that takes them all night to complete.
The Apprentice airs Thursday nights on the Global Television Network as follows:
