Train 48 highlights for week of Feb. 21

Sex therapist Sue Johanson to make guest appearance Feb. 25
(TORONTO - Thursday, February 17, 2005) Please note the following Train 48 highlights for the week of February 21 on the Global Television Network. Sue Johanson, host of The Sunday Night Sex Show, will make a guest appearance as herself on Friday, February 25. The series airs Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.

Monday, February 21
Seymour blames Todd for influencing Christina when he finds out she's not going to have the sexual reassignment operation. Dana plans on an Academy-Award-nominated movie marathon in order to forget that she threw away her career. Brenda shows Pete and Shannon that there's a hidden camera in the train washroom.

Tuesday, February 22
Brenda makes a casserole for Johnny's family, hoping he will forgive Charity. Andy claims the "wrongful death" case against David is going to shut down their adoption process. Zach's brother David, home for reading week, needs to find a date for his fiancée's cousin. Randy and Seymour try to top each other in their tales of woe.

Wednesday, February 23
Zach is irritated by the cousin of his brother's fiancée while on a double date. Brenda plays detective to find out who put the spycam in the train's washroom. Pete pushes Johnny to even the score with Charity.

Friday, February 24
Shannon offers to go to a lesbian bar with Dana. Lucas wants to tell Julia that he has changed his mind - he would like to have a family with her. Brenda, Pete and Zach meet Sue Johanson, the famous sex therapist on her way to a lecture.

Sue Johanson has hosted The Sunday Night Sex Show for the last 10 years as part of her 30-year career to better educate people about sexuality and sexual practice through honest and open discussion. A popular public speaker, she presents talks to nearly 20,000 students from public school to universities every year. Johanson was awarded Member of the Order of Canada for Education in 2001, and is a nine-time winner of Campus Speaker of the Year. She is the author of three books: Sex, Sex and More Sex; Sex Is Perfectly Natural But Not Naturally Perfect; and Talk Sex. A book has been written about her show called Nocturnal Admissions: Behind the Scenes of The Sunday Night Sex Show.

Produced by Protocol Entertainment, Train 48 is an innovative instant drama that blends news and current affairs, soap opera and audience interaction with the unfolding drama of a group of train travelers as they commute home from work. Filmed entirely in Global's Toronto studio, each episode is scripted, shot, edited and broadcast daily, with the actors improvising all of the dialogue.
