canada.com to Stream Exclusive Canadian Preview of Latest Josh Groban CD

(TORONTO) – CanWest MediaWorks Inc is pleased to announce that canada.com is the exclusive Canadian destination for an online preview of Josh Groban’s new CD, Awake, and an online video broadcast of Groban’s first single “You are Loved (Don’t Give Up)”. Streaming audio of the complete CD and video single will be available at canada.com/entertainment beginning at 10:00 am ET today. The Canadian preview on canada.com will also link to an interview with Groban in which he talks about the new album.
Josh Groban, who has developed a loyal fan following around the world, landed on the international music stage in 2001 with the release of his self-titled debut album featuring the hit single, “To Where You Are.” Groban followed this up with the CD Closer with the mega-hit “You Raise Me Up”. Awake is Groban’s third CD release.
Awake’s 13 new songs, including the just released single “You Are Loved (Don’t Give Up),” show the Grammy nominated Groban’s growth as a vocalist, producer and songwriter since he first appeared on the music scene. The album includes a stellar roster of producers including Marious DeVries, Guy Sigsworth, Glen Ballard and David Foster, and contains songs in Italian, Spanish and English.
