(Vancouver) Over the last month, British Columbia has experienced some of the worst weather conditions in decades , and the Global BC news and weather teams have devoted more resources than any other local newscasts, bringing viewers the most comprehensive coverage, and fresh perspective on daily events.

With back-to-back storms, Global BC’s weather team of Mark Madryga, Kristi Gordon, Wayne Cox and Rena Heer continue d to be on the front lines , providing residents with crucial updates throughout each day.

“Our entire news team continues to lead the market on our comprehensive coverage of B.C.’s extreme weather and how it has impacted the lives of our viewers,” says Ian Haysom, news director of Global BC. “With the rest of the winter months ahead, Global’s team of reporters, camera operators and weather experts will continue to provide British Columbians with essential news coverage that is simply unrivalled in this market.”
