Special sneak preview Wednesday, March 1 at 9:30 p.m. ET/PT
Free Ride is a partially improvised comedy that follows recent UC Santa Barbara graduate Nate Stahlings (Canadian Josh Dean) as he boomerangs home to move back with his parents in his small Midwestern town. Unsure of where his life is headed, Nate decides to stay home for just a little while as he transitions into the next stage of development: Real Life.
Free Ride was created by Rob Roy Thomas (Significant Others) and stars an ensemble cast including Allan Havey (Curb Your Enthusiasm), Loretta Fox (That 70s Show), Dave Sheridan (Corky Romano) and Erin Cahill (Crossing Jordan).
Conviction on Global (NBC Drama)
Fridays @10 p.m. ET/PT beginning March 3 (simulcast with NBC)
Emmy® Award winner Dick Wolf's newest series Conviction focuses on the personal and professional lives of young assistant district attorneys in New York as they struggle with a tough, demanding case load that challenges their lack of courtroom experience. Although not a spin-off of the "Law & Order" franchise, Stephanie March returns as ADA Bureau Chief Cabot from Law & Order: SVU.
Conviction also stars Eric Balfour (HBOs Six Feet Under), Anson Mount (In Her Shoes) and Jordan Bridges (Mona Lisa Smile).
The Unit on CH (CBS Drama)
Tuesdays @ 10 p.m. ET/PT beginning March 7 (simulcast with CBS)
A new hour-long drama that focuses on a team of special forces operatives who travel the world on undercover missions essential to national security, while their families try to cope with their jobs and their secrets at home.
With an all-star cast including Dennis Haysbert (24), Scott Foley (Felicity) and Robert Patrick (The Sopranos), The Unit was created and written by Oscar®-nominated writer David Mamet (Wag The Dog).
Heist on Global (NBC Drama)
Wednesdays @10 p.m. ET/PT beginning March 22
From acclaimed director Doug Liman (Mr. & Mrs. Smith) and writers Mark and Robb Cullen (Lucky) comes a new stylish action-thriller series centering on an elite group of professional thieves led by ambitious mastermind Mickey O'Neil (Dougray Scott Dark Water) plotting to rob three prominent Beverly Hills jewelry stores
simultaneously...during Oscar week. Heist follows the thieves as they plan and execute the heist-of-all-heists, as well as LAPD detective Amy Sykes (Michele Hicks The Shield), as she and her team try to figure out who is behind this series of related crimes, and what this could all be leading up to.
Heist also stars Seymour Cassel (The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou), Steve Harris (Diary of a Mad Black Woman) and Marika Domincyzk (The 40 Year Old Virgin).
Teachers on Global (NBC Comedy)
Thursdays @ 9:30 p.m. ET/PT beginning April 6
A formerly idealistic middle-school English teacher tries to maintain a sense of hope about his job and his students. Trampling on that hope daily are some of his fellow teachers, including a burned-out instructor who likes to spend his time barbecuing behind the gym.
Teachers, created by Emmy®-nominated writer Matt Tarses (Scrubs), stars an ensemble cast including Deon Richmond (Scream 3), Kali Rocha (Meet The Fockers) and Justin Bartha (National Treasure).
