Diversity Task Force
To ensure these goals are met, CanWest MediaWorks has developed a Diversity Task Force, comprised of representatives from across our business. The objective of the Diversity Task Force is twofold: to ensure that all our local programming, including news, public affairs, documentaries and special events reflects the reality of all of our communities; and to develop a diversity plan and incorporate its principles in hiring, training and retention of employees. |
