With the social conscience of Oprah and the hairline of Dr. Phil, Frasiers call-in counsel sooths Seattle. If only he could manage to successfully treat the misfits at home where hes often at odds with brother/fellow psychiatrist Niles, his gruff ex-cop father Martin and Martins loopy live-in psychic caregiver Daphne. Adept at both farce and fois gras, Frasier delivers class with laughs.
